My Role
I focused on CX and visual design for front-end partner experiences across desktop and mobile. My contributions included:
- Designing and maintaining scalable UI components and systems in Figma
- Supporting localization for markets across Europe, LATAM, APAC, and MENA
- Collaborating with Apple’s internal teams (Marcom, UX, Product Management) and external agencies to ensure alignment
- Refining internal documentation to help external partners implement Apple-quality experiences
- Assisting QA and rollout teams to validate execution at scale
Design Challenges
- Brand Alignment — Delivering Apple’s premium experience inside third-party retail platforms with varying limitations
- Localization — Balancing a consistent global standard with local market needs
- Flexibility & Cohesion — Giving merchandising and sales partners tools flexible enough for commerce, but cohesive enough to remain “Apple”
- Technical Constraints — Navigating legacy systems, regional CMS setups, and rollout dependencies
