As a Product and UX Designer at Icelandair, I led the design of the Flight Booking Engine. This project focused on improving usability, ensuring seamless navigation, and enhancing overall user satisfaction. My role involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive design system that meets the diverse needs of our booking platform.
I successfully led the design efforts for Icelandair's Flight Booking Engine, resulting in a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. This redesign has significantly improved the booking experience for users, leading to higher satisfaction and increased booking completion rates. Key accomplishments include the introduction of a new trip summary page, color changes in fare families, and multiple UI updates across the entire booking flow.
